Subway Canada Official Training Day
On Sunday, March 9, our player got an idea of what it’s like to be junior hockey players. The team was one of three amateur hockey league teams in Canada that won a first-hand experience of a day in the life of a CHL team. As the official training restaurant of the CHL, Subway Canada hosted the contest, asking amateur hockey league teams how their team incorporates Subway restaurants into their training. Only one team was selected per CHL league and the Port Perry Predators were chosen from over 400 entries. This was an excellent event and a very personal experience for the players. A big thank-you goes out to Subway for sponsoring the event and the Kitchener Rangers for hosting our team. Please find the videos, pictures and media reports of the day below.
